Beam

Ye can beam yer songs or sets t' folk who be located nearby, or t' team members no matter where they be anchored. OnSong chooses th' best way t' share yer plunder usin':

  • OnSong® Connect looks fer other OnSong® Apps that be runnin' on th' same local area network (LAN). OnSong will send content t' those devices over th' network, savvy?
  • OnCue uses Apple's peer-t'-peer WiFi broadcast t' send content. This be limited t' six devices due t' limitation in that implementation, but be th' most direct way t' send yer treasure.
  • OnSong® Account can show members o' yer group or crew. OnSong uploads yer song or set t' OnSong® Cloud and then sends a push notification or emails th' user a link t' view and import th' content, matey.
  • Email can be used fer any contact with an email address. OnSong will upload th' content t' OnSong® Cloud and then send an email with a link t' view th' song or set. Th' user can download a PDF or import it into their OnSong® App, Arrr!

Folk

Folk be th' focus o' this screen, savvy? Th' OnSong® App looks fer peers nearby usin' WiFi as devices on yer local network. In addition, it will show ye team members ye have in a group subscription, or users that ye add manually, ye scallywag.

Crews

If ye be a member o' one or more groups, ye can choose those groups usin' th' crews tab. This works similar t' th' Folk tab, but makes it easier t' select multiple shipmates.

Profile Settin's

Beam and stream in OnSong sends song data t' yer device. Ye can customize how shared songs and sets appear specific t' yer needs by tappin' on th' wrench icon in th' lower left corner, Ahoy!
